EDITOR'S COMMENT:
"I have a dream."
Oops. Wrong speech.
Actually, I HAD a dream and the dream nudged me to get involved with a bunch of folks who were eager to learn more about integral theory and practice. Now, 14 meetings later, your editor is at the helm of this group, doing what I can to help anchor an integral system in Sedona -- and, eventually, help it spread like wildfire to other communities.
What was the dream? I had the opportunity to share it two Saturday's ago to help illustrate how an integral life practice begins to inform and accelerate our personal (and collective) growth. You can find a video of my presentation posted here.
If you are unfamiliar with integral theory and practice, portions of what I say may sound like gibberish. Not to worry: NHNE's integral website has been created to help you make sense of this rapidly expanding, exceedingly important work. NHNE's integral home page, in particular, is packed full of fantastically informative resources:

To be sure those of you who are interested stay in the loop, I plan to keep posting the best of the best material our Sedona group discovers and/or creates on NHNE's integral website. This past Saturday, for example, one of the members of our leadership team, Steve Schliebs, introduced us to the Integral Life Practice (ILP) Body Module. Along with discussing why it is important to strengthen our bodies from an integral perspective, Steve also played excerpts from the 3-Body Workout DVD that is included with the Integral Life Practice Starter Kit and treated us to some basic aikido exercises and philosophy with help from his friend, Paul Vincer, a black belt in aikido. Three videos from this presentation are also now available on Integral NHNE:
1. The Introduction from the ILP 3-Body Workout DVD which features Huy Lam, Terry Patten, and Rob McNamara.
2. The 10-Minute 3-Body Workout from the ILP 3-Body Workout DVD which features Huy Lam.
3. And a short excerpt from the aikido demonstration that Steve and Paul presented.
All three videos are linked on this page.
Finally, while we are on the topic of integral and aikido, I've posted one of my all-time favorite stories on NHNE's integral website. Written by Terry Dobson, another black belt in aikido, this is a story everyone on the planet should read.
With Love & Best Wishes, David Sunfellow
